The Vine Hotel, Ashland, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to Kistler+Small+White Architects of Ashland, Oregon for the three story, concrete, steel, masonry & wood framed hotel & restaurant in downtown Ashland. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2013.

Irvine Residence, Ashland, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to David Fitch Designs of Ashland, Oregon for the two story, wood framed single family residence outside of Ashland. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2013.

Brookings Emergency Operations Center, Brookings, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to Baron Designs of Brookings, Oregon for the single story, wood framed emergency operations center. Construction was completed in the first part of 2013.

Roberts Residence, Ashland, Oregon: Structural engineering services provided to Green Hammer of Portland, Oregon for the two story, wood framed & concrete, single family residence in the hills above     Ashland. The residence was designed to meet many passive house guidelines. Construction was completed in the first part of 2013.

Lee Residence, Ashland, Oregon: Structural engineering services provided to Carlos Delgado, Architect of Ashland, Oregon for the two story, wood framed & concrete, single family residence on Ridge Road in Ashland. Construction was completed in the first part of 2013.

Port of Brookings Harbor Seafood Processing Facility, Brookings, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to Crow/Clay & Associates, Inc of Coos Bay, Oregon for the single story, steel framed warehouse facility. Construction was completed in the fall of 2012.

City of Medford Return Activated Sludge System Improvement Project, Medford, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to West Yost & Associates of Tualatin, Oregon for the renovation of the RAS system. This work included renovation of nearly all of the plant’s clarifiers, penetrations in the aeration basin walls and a new chemical storage building. The construction was completed in the summer of 2012. 

North Medford High School, Medford, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to Architectural Design Works, Inc. of Ashland, Oregon for the remodel and seismic retrofit of the Humanities and Home Economics Buildings on the campus. The Humanities and Home Economics buildings are single story and wood framed. The remodel included adding wall openings and reconfiguring spaces, while preserving mechanical equipment spaces and duct work. The construction for the Humanities and Home Economic Buildings was completed in the fall of 2008. Structural engineering services are currently being provided for the renovation and addition to the Administration, Technical Arts and Media Center buildings. The Technical Arts building is a single story, CMU block structure with wood framed roof requiring strengthening around openings and upgrading seismic connections. The Administration building is a single story, wood framed building requiring opening strengthening, shear walls, hold downs and diaphragm fastening. The Media Center is a single story, wood framed structure requiring a significant addition to the east end. The existing structure is will be seismically upgraded with shear walls and hold downs. The addition will be separated from the existing structure with a seismic joint. Construction on the Administration, Technical Arts was completed in the fall of 2009. The Media Center building was completed in the summer of 2010.

Upper Rogue Community Center, Shady Cove, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to Giordano Architecture & Land Planning of Ashland, Oregon for the two story, wood framed addition to the community center. Construction completed in 2011.

Coos Bay Visitor’s Information Center, Coos Bay, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to Crow/Clay & Associates, Inc of Coos Bay, Oregon for the single story, wood framed visitor’s center. Construction was completed in the summer of 2010.

Verde Village, Ashland, Oregon: Structural engineering services are currently being provided to SOLARC Architecture & Engineering Inc of Eugene, Oregon for the net zero development in Ashland, Oregon. Construction was completed in the summer of 2010.

Bandon Community Center, Bandon, Oregon: Structural engineering services are currently being provided to James D. Tronson, Architect of Port Orford, Oregon for the single story, wood framed, addition and remodel to the community & senior center. Construction was completed in the fall of 2008.

Meister’s Retail Development, Ashland, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to Architectural Design Works, Inc. of Ashland, Oregon for the design of renovation to the existing CMU block walled and timber framed roof structure that housed the former bowling alley off of Walker Street between Ashland Street & Siskiyou Boulevard. The construction was completed in the summer of 2008.

Shasta Pedestrian Bridge, Ashland, Oregon: Structural engineering services were provided to Architectural Design Works, Inc. of Ashland, Oregon for the design of steel framed, concrete deck pedestrian bridge. The construction was completed in the summer of 2006.
